‘Doc’ is a Phoenix based comic artist, illustrator and writer originally hailing from Wisconsin. His webcomic creation WARBIRDS OF MARS has spawned a prose anthology, ‘1940s radio show’ pod-casts, and a new full-color comic book. He is currently writing a Mike DeBalfo comic project.
Doc’s art has been published by Moonstone Comics, Airship 27, Five Smiling Fish, and the ‘Crypt of Dracula’ novel by Kane Gilmour. Among Doc’s interests are mid-century illustrations and movie genres, vintage clothes, cars and collecting, pulp magazines, and a severe predilection for ‘Doctor Who’ since the age of 8. He lives in a very classic house with his ohana.
