Watch Sergeant Wissian Vott is a veteran of The Skirmishes, and a veteran of the one of the bloodiest decades of recent memory for the streets of Marudal, famed City of Magic. Those were dark days, when the gangs were wild and reckless. Those were the days before the Baron, rising to lead the powerful Southtown Gang, brought some sort of terrorized peace to the city.
Vott had thought those days behind him, until a ghost of that past appears at his watchhouse. An omen. Vott never had any luck with omens. They always turned out bad, one way or another. And his wife wonders why he drinks so much.
Take two parts Guards! Guards!, making sure to remove the satire with a rusty knife, and add to one part Casino Royale. Shake violently. Drink. Hopefully when you wake up, things will have sorted themselves out.
