Ambassador Theodore Kingsley-Landon and his wife Stephanie looked around at where they were. They were both feeling groggy and light-headed. “Where are we, Theodore? This place is ghastly! How did we land in this most disgusting place?”
“I think it’s a warehouse, my luv. Let’s get ourselves off the floor and find out where we are so we can get back to our home and we can get in touch with the Prime Minister to let him know what has befallen us. Let me see if my bingphone is still on me. Ah, thank goodness, it’s here!”
“Good God, that monster from Uranus! He kidnapped us, Theodore! Call for help, dear! I’m freezing in this ghastly place!” exclaimed Stephanie, wrapping her coat tightly around her. She began to sneeze incessantly.
“Let me call 911. Although, I haven’t the foggiest notion where on Earth we are, luv. So what do I tell them?”
“Heaven’s sake! Go outside and see if there’s a sign in front of this building or a name of a street. Then, you can make the bloody phone call!”
“You are so right, my luv. My brain is mushy after this whole episode we’ve been through. Let’s go together.”
“Yes of course, Theodore.”
Together, Ambassador Theodore Kingsley-Landon and his wife Lady Stephanie Kingsley-Landon walked to the entrance and went outside to get an idea of where they were. They saw a sign outside that said Westmore Warehouse Center. A man with a dog was passing by and the Ambassador asked for his help.
“Dear fellow, I would like to ask for your assistance. I am Ambassador Theodore Kingsley-Landon of Britain, and my wife and I have been kidnapped by that snow monster from Uranus and left at this warehouse. We were knocked out, too, so we have no idea where we are, and we need to call 911. Can you tell us where we are?”
“Yes, of course. This street is Squirrel Avenue, and this warehouse is owned by one of the chemical companies in town. And this is Ashford, and we’re right outside of Alexandria.”
“Thank you, so kindly, dear sir. I’ll call 911 to let them know where we are,” said Theodore.
“I’ll stay here with you,” said the kind stranger.
Back in Maine, Officer John Dobson together with Officer Peter Carillo and their other officers Ethan Mathison and Tracy Gabman met with Captain Santini and FBI Agent Dexter Sullivan to discuss the news of the British Ambassador and his wife being kidnapped by the snow monster from Uranus.
“How do we know what this snow monster from Uranus is going to do next or for that matter where he’s going to show up and cause commotion?” asked Captain Santini.
“We at the FBI are putting a program together of possible cities and sites he may go to. But all of you here must stay vigilant as he may come back here. Pete’s father may still be in danger, which is why I ordered extra security at his hospital room and at his house,” said the FBI Agent, Dexter Sullivan.
“I was with my dad when we got the news that the British Ambassador had been abducted. My dad’s memory is starting to come back as to what happened that night when he first encountered Jezi,” said Officer Carillo.
“What did he say happened?” asked Officer John Dobson.
“He said he and my mom had heard a noise outside and of course, the snow was thick that night. When he went out to investigate, that’s when he encountered Jezi whom he said was at least eight feet tall. He said Jezi lifted him off the ground and then put him back down. My dad then told me how he’d followed Jezi to his snow hut and that’s when Jezi informed him that he needed minerals, fuel and food. I guess he thought my dad could lead him to everything he wanted but Dad told him he’d need people who could assist him, and it might involve money as well. That’s when he hit my dad with a hammerlike object and next thing he knew, he woke up in the hospital. So, clearly, Jezi is an impatient, violent creature with no understanding,” recited Officer Carillo.
“How do we apprehend this creature when he can just disappear into thin air, and he can lift the White House off the ground and put it back down with ease?” questioned Officer Tracy Gabman.
“Yeah, how do we do that? How do we get this superstrong creature?” added Officer Ethan Mathison.
“Well, it will be an incredible fait accompli but we have our laser guns, and Mr. Sullivan told me earlier that that might be the only way to destroy this creature in the hopes his body is not resistant to the laser beam. Then, we’ve got more troubles as we surely don’t want to blow him up with an atom bomb,” said Captain Santini.
“Yes, right now, we’re going to use a laser gun on him,” said FBI Agent, Dexter Sullivan.
“He’s a crafty creature. He knows how to do everything, and he’s elusive,” said Officer John Dobson.
“Yes, he’s all those things,” agreed Officer Carillo.
“Don’t worry, guys, we’ll get him,” said Captain Santini.
Jezi, in his sleek but rather large spaceship, had landed in Henderson, Nevada in search of titanium in the Black Mountain Industrial Center. He radioed his boss, Urzel.
“I have arrived in Nevada to search out the titanium we need. Send help my way. Earthlings are not helpful or friendly.”
“I will send my U-Force immediately. Time to seize what we need!”
